Our client, a leading organization in autonomous mobility, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Operations Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Finance Department supporting the procurement and financial compliance processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within our inclusive and collaborative environment.

Job Title: Finance Operations Analyst

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $69/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

  • Review purchase requisitions (PRs) to ensure compliance with accounting policies and proper structure.
  • Communicate effectively with business owners to gather additional information and clarify requisition details.
  • Review agreements and contracts for accurate PR structure and coding purposes.
  • Re-structure PRs and POs based on updated policies and guidelines.
  • Guide and support business teams on procurement requirements and best practices.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience or HS Diploma/GED with 8 to 10 years of experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting principles.
  • Experience with major ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Netsuite.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
