Insight Global is seeking a Finance Manager for one of our large companies in the Fort Mill, SC area. This individual will lead key initiatives that drive financial performance and operational excellence across the business. This role will serve as the finance lead for our Sales Force integration, support cross-functional collaboration, and provide data-driven insights to optimize pricing, forecasting, and equipment utilization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong modeling skills and a passion for enabling business growth through financial strategy.
Capex Forecast / Budgeting Support
By quarter accuracy sub ledger vs. Finance reconciliation
Financial budgeting review / stress test Dodge demand vs. OEC / revenue assumptions, phasing, fleet impacted rental costs risks
1. Perpetual 18-24 month cash forecast based upon the existing fleet plan
Sales Force / Sales Ops
Finance lead on Sales Force integration education, benefits, accountability
Collaborate with sales and finance leadership to identify critical KPIs (both leading and lagging) that align with organization goals and will help to enhance forecast accuracy and sales org performance tracking
Support strategic decision making through data driven insights on growth opportunities, adjusting pricing strategies, or optimizing equipment utilization
Educate the Operations Finance teams on how to use Sales Force for forecasting and performance tracking
Lead modeling for commission plan design / changes and post mortem effectiveness

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
- 7+ years of progressive experience in finance
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Experience with Sales Force or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change. null
