Finance Manager
Salary: $75,000-$85,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategy
- Prepare and present financial statements
- Oversee annual budgeting process and monitor organizational performance against budget
- Support grant management, restricted funds, and reporting as applicable
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 4+ years of experience managing grants
- Knowledge of Excel highly desired
