Finance Business Intelligence Analyst I

Role Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year + annual bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary:
We are looking for a data-driven motivated individual to join the Finance Business Intelligence team! Finance Business Intelligence is a central role in driving critical reporting, strategic direction, and evaluating firm wide performance. Finance Business Intelligence has an outsize role within our pre-IPO firm and generally collaborates with almost every corporate function.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Responsibilities:
Build foundational subject matter expertise in financial and wealth management data under guidance and supervision
Support strategic initiatives by producing analyses, reports, and dashboards
Assist stakeholders in understanding business questions and contributing to analytical solutions
Develop and maintain analytical code and queries using established standards
Follow data quality, documentation, and control standards
Present findings clearly with guidance and mentoring
Basic Requirements:
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn
Knowledge of data analytics software and tools (e.g. Python, R) and data querying languages (e.g. SQL, Snowflake).
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively
Preferred Requirements:
Internship or entry-level experience in analytics, finance, or related fields
Familiarity with Python, SQL, or BI tools such as Power BI
Basic understanding of data governance concepts
