Financial Analyst Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure effective financial planning
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in compliance with GAAP
- Monitor grant spending and manage restricted funds
- Assist with audit preparation, including account reconciliations and supporting documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency with Excel functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
