Job Details
The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting, testing, and verifying products to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
Hours: 1st shift 6am-330pm
Days: Monday-Friday
Job Requirements:
- Partner with operators to improve processes, efficiency, and product quality
- Provide hands‑on production and technical support across departments as needed
- Perform receiving, in‑process, and final inspections to ensure part conformity
- Knowledge of ISO9001 & AS9100 Quality management systems; working knowledge of
- Execute production processes per work instructions, travelers, and customer requirements
- Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions, thickness, and specifications
- Complete job travelers, inspection records, and processing documentation accurately
- Communicate quality issues, participate in corrective actions, and support troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment and meet production schedules
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, or inspection environments
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Hands‑on experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, or electronic inspection equipment.
