Salary: $25 - $30 per hour
A bit about us:
We specialize in the design and fabrication of custom machinery and build-to-print products, along with material handling systems, including vacuum/pressure systems and belt and drag conveyor systems.
We deliver customized solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and workplace safety. Projects are supported from initial system layout and engineering through fabrication, equipment procurement, installation, and ongoing field service and troubleshooting.
The team works collaboratively with engineers and manufacturing professionals to ensure solutions meet client requirements across various industries. Advanced 3D drafting and design tools are used to help customers visualize the final product while maintaining quality and precision throughout the build process.

Crews typically travel within a 4-hour radius of Floyd, VA, with most projects lasting no more than five days per week. When job sites are more than 1.5 hours from home, overnight stays are required. All travel time and travel expenses are fully paid.
Job Details
Responsibilities
Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on metal fabrication and industrial repair projects
Assist with field installation of fabricated components and structures
Perform industrial maintenance and repair work at customer facilities
Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
Work safely and efficiently in industrial field environments
Collaborate with crew members to complete projects on schedule
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe working condition
Qualifications
Experience with metal fabrication and structural welding
Strong experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding (required)
Must pass a MIG welding test prior to employment
Ability to work in field environments and travel for projects
Safety-conscious mindset
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and communication skills
Willingness to work overtime and travel as required

Most work occurs within a 4-hour radius of Floyd, VA
Overnight stays required when job sites are more than 1.5 hours away
