Field Technician - Printers and Copiers

• Handle advanced repairs and diagnostics on all types of office equipment.
• Install, remove, or upgrade machines out in the field.
• Troubleshoot complex issues on B&W, color, and multifunction devices.
• Act as the go‑to product expert for your territory.
• Support other techs with 2nd‑level technical help when things get tricky.
• Train newer techs on the job and share best practices.
• Manage territory operations — inventory, parts, and daily schedules.
• Keep customer relationships strong with solid communication and service.
• Complete admin tasks accurately (work orders, updates, follow‑ups, etc.).
• Spot potential sales leads while you're on‑site and pass them along.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hrs/week).
• $22.50/hour + mileage reimbursement.
• Personal vehicle + valid driver's license is required.
