Allcon Roofing is seeking an experienced Field Technician to join our service team. This role is essential to delivering expert roofing inspections, repairs, and maintenance for commercial and residential clients across the Upstate.
We're looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and customer-focused roofing professional who takes pride in quality work, protects client property, and represents the Allcon standard of integrity and craftsmanship on every job site.
What You'll Do
Perform detailed inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of roofing systems
Execute high-quality service and repair work that extends roof life and prevents future issues
Identify root causes of roofing problems and recommend sound solutions
Ensure all work meets Allcon quality standards and industry best practices
Communicate professionally with clients regarding findings and recommendations
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Operate and maintain roofing tools and equipment properly
Follow all safety requirements, including PPE and fall protection
What You Bring
Hands-on roofing experience preferred; strong construction or exterior trades experience considered
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and repair techniques
Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Ability to diagnose issues and solve problems independently
Professional communication and customer interaction skills
Reliability, accountability, and pride in your trade
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
