The world depends on logistics—but most of it still happens out of sight. We, here at Aviro360, are changing that. Our proprietary Yard Visibility System (YVS) combines AI and computer vision to turn the world’s hardest-to-see logistics yard operations into automation our customers can safely rely on. We believe clarity drives progress—for operators, customers, and the global supply chain.

At Aviro360, you will join a team that experiments boldly, executes with discipline, and builds technology that helps our customers operate their yards intelligently.

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Assembler with a specialization in low-voltage systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, technical skills, and a passion for ensuring the quality and functionality of low-voltage electrical systems. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and testing various low-voltage components and systems according to specifications. Experience with camera systems is a big plus.

This full-time role is on-site and based in Odessa, FL.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical manuals to assemble low-voltage systems such as control panels, circuit boards, wiring harnesses, and electronic devices.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to accurately assemble and install components, ensuring proper alignment and connection according to specifications and safety standards.
  • Perform precise wiring and cabling tasks, including routing, termination, and connection of low-voltage cables, wires, and connectors.
  • Follow wiring diagrams and color-coding conventions to ensure correct connections and prevent electrical faults.
  • Conduct functional tests and quality inspections on assembled low-voltage systems to verify performance, functionality, and adherence to standards.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify any assembly or wiring issues, ensuring all components meet specified requirements before final integration.
  • Maintain accurate records of assembly procedures, test results, and quality control documentation.
  • Generate reports detailing assembly processes, testing outcomes, and any deviations from specifications for review and improvement purposes.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand design requirements, resolve technical challenges, and implement improvements in assembly processes.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and other stakeholders to coordinate work activities, prioritize tasks, and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Ideal Background Skill Sets

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Assembler with a focus on low-voltage systems, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics assembly environment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Strong knowledge of low-voltage electrical components, circuits, and systems.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools used in assembly, wiring, and testing processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity for precise assembly and wiring tasks.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
