Field Technician Air Compressor - EPG Rental

Description

Objective:

This position provides the service of installing and performing all maintenance and repairs of diesel and electric air compressors, air dryers, and associated systems.

• Performs all first-time (start-up)installationsto ensure compatibilitywithall other equipment to be installed
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots electrical and mechanical problems to ensure the entire compressed air system runs safely and efficiently
• Ensuresaccuracyandcompletionofalldocumentation,includingservicereportsandtimekeeping
• Monitors and complies withallsafetypolicies,procedures, guidelines, andlaws as theypertaintostaffand customers within the location
• Ensuresallfacilitiesandequipmentareinexcellent,safeoperatingcondition
• MaintainsdailycorrespondencewithstafffromalldepartmentswithintheCompany,Customers, Suppliers, and Caterpillar

• Assists with performing servicesonotherindustryrelatedsystemssuchasgenerators, and distribution.(Caterpillar,Cummins,Kohler,Generac,andothers)

• HighSchoolDiplomaorGED
• Minimumof3yearsofexperiencein related field
• Valid Michigan Driver’s License

• 5yearsormoreofexperiencein related field
• Atlas Copco and Sullair experience preferred
• CDLorChauffer’sLicense
