A bit about us:

Our client is a well-established, AISC-certified structural steel specialty contractor headquartered in Southern California with more than five decades of continuous operation in the commercial and industrial construction sectors. As a true turnkey partner, this company handles every phase of a steel project in-house from engineering and design support through fabrication and field erection giving clients a single point of accountability and a seamless path from blueprint to completion.

This company holds certifications from the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) and the American Welding Society (AWS), and maintains LA City fabrication certification. Their work spans a wide spectrum of project sizes from a few tons of custom miscellaneous metals to multi-thousand-ton commercial and industrial structures across markets including healthcare, manufacturing, energy, and large-scale commercial development.

With an agile, highly experienced team and a stocking distribution arm that keeps carbon steel and aluminum products on hand, our client has built a reputation for near-zero fabrication errors, on-time delivery, and the kind of quality that draws repeat business from major project management firms and general contractors across the region.

Why join us?

Joining this company means stepping into an organization where your field expertise will be genuinely valued. This is not a revolving-door environment — the team is experienced, tenured, and deeply committed to doing the work right.

Meaningful Work on Substantial Projects
You will lead field operations on projects that make a real mark on the built environment — hospitals, industrial facilities, commercial complexes, and infrastructure. Projects here are significant in scale and complexity, offering consistent professional challenge.

True Turnkey Capability Means Less Friction
Because engineering, fabrication, and erection all happen under one roof, field superintendents spend less time chasing down coordination problems between separate subs and more time focused on quality execution. You will work with a fabrication team that has a track record of near-zero errors, which means what shows up on the jobsite is built to spec.

A Culture That Respects the Craft
This company was founded on technical excellence and has sustained that standard for over 50 years. Whether it is full-penetration welds, precise anchor bolt layouts, or complex connection details, the team takes pride in the quality of its work. Superintendents who share that mindset thrive here.

Stability and Growth
With an active portfolio of projects and a strong pipeline in both commercial and industrial sectors, this is a company with real staying power. For the right candidate, there are paths toward broader project management responsibilities over time.

Competitive Compensation
Our client offers a competitive total compensation package commensurate with experience, including base salary, field allowances where applicable, and comprehensive benefits.
