Salary Range: $53,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and validation of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in production environments.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and calibration of machinery to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components, adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.
• Provide technical support and training to customer personnel on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Document all service activities, including repairs, parts used, and customer interactions, in detail.
• Travel frequently to customer sites, often on short notice, to resolve critical equipment malfunctions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills for industrial machinery.
• 2-5 years of experience in a field service or industrial maintenance technician role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Associate's degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a willingness to travel frequently.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, reading schematics, and adherence to safety protocols.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced PLC programming and configuration experience.
• Proficiency with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Demonstrated experience in proactive customer relationship management and satisfaction.
• Certifications in specialized manufacturing technologies (e.g., lean manufacturing, specific OEM equipment).
