We partner exclusively with two global manufacturers to support complex projects such as: Bridges, High Rises, Cranes, Excavators Drill Rigs, Oil & Gas. Beyond equipment sales and rentals, we deliver hands on field service, maintenance, and technical support directly at our customer job sites. Our technicians play a critical role, not just fixing equipment but helping customers keep projects moving safely, efficiently and profitably.

Job Details
What You’ll Do
Perform field service, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy construction and drilling equipment.
Travel to customer sites across assigned regions (AZ, UT, CA, TX).
Communicate directly with customers and identify opportunities to upsell services.
Accurately document work performed, travel time, and service details.
Represent company professionally onsite and in the field.
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience working on heavy equipment.
Technical experience priority:
Diesel engines
Hydraulics or Welding
Electronics
Comfortable working independently in the field.
Customer-facing mindset; sales or service upselling experience is a plus.
Valid driver’s license; ability to travel extensively.
Passport preferred (international travel opportunities).
Willingness to work long hours and stay overnight as projects require.
