Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and calibration of manufacturing equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in machinery.

  • Provide technical support and operational training to customer staff on equipment usage.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or field service, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Associate's degree or technical certification in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Technology).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with PLC programming, HMI configuration, or industrial network diagnostics.
  • Multilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish or other languages relevant to customer base.
  • Advanced certifications in specialized safety protocols (e.g., confined space, fall protection).
  • Familiarity with CAD software for reviewing or modifying technical drawings and layouts.
  • Proven ability to train end-users or junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance.
