Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Document all service activities, parts used, and resolutions accurately for record-keeping and analysis.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, company policies, and customer site regulations.
• Manage and maintain service vehicle inventory, tools, and test equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Associate's degree or technical certification in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology) or equivalent experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, including PLC diagnostics, motor controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer sites, often on short notice.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming or HMI configuration.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to international clients or equipment manufacturers.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Certification in specialized equipment (e.g., robotics, vision systems, laser technology).
