Our team works closely with contractors, engineers, and operations teams to ensure systems are properly installed, commissioned, and operating efficiently. This is a highly collaborative environment where field technicians play a direct role in system performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
We are looking to add a Field Service Technician based in the Trevose, PA area to support ongoing customer projects.

Job Details
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Travel to customer sites to commission, troubleshoot, and service Central Inverter Systems
- Perform electrical inspections, testing, and diagnostics to ensure safety and compliance
- Work directly with contractors, engineers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Provide hands-on support including installation, adjustments, and corrective actions
- Diagnose AC/DC system issues, wiring problems, and component failures (including PCB boards)
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
- Document service work and communicate findings to internal teams and customers
- Support system performance by identifying root causes and implementing fixes
What You Bring:
- Experience working with 120V–480V electrical systems (single & three-phase AC)
- Working knowledge of DC systems and wiring practices
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control systems
- Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift and handle equipment (including batteries) as needed
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with PCB boards or inverter systems
- Background in commissioning or field service work
- Familiarity with NEC, OSHA, or electrical safety standards
Additional Details:
- Location: Trevose, PA (field-based role)
- Travel: Up to 75% (typically weekday travel with occasional overnight stays — usually 1 overnight per trip)
- Schedule: Full-time, field-based
