Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer for an equipment manufacturing company located in Downingtown, PA. 

Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: Downingtown, PA Area
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
Travel: 50%+ 

Responsibilities:
•Install, repair, and maintain industrial packaging equipment
•Train customers on equipment operation
•Diagnose technical issues and implement solutions
•Collaborate with engineering and quality teams
•Program components and run Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs)
•Produce detailed service reports
•Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance
•Assist with commissioning and start-up of new machines
•Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting
•Support spare parts identification and inventory management
•Maintain technical documentation and wiring diagrams
•Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
•Identify opportunities for upgrades or improvements
•Provide remote support when on-site presence isn’t possible
•Train internal staff on new equipment features
•Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
•Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and skills 
•Experience with Allen Bradley controls 
•Previous field service experience highly preferred
