Prime Time Solutions, a marketing firm, is expanding its Worcester team with a Field Sales Associate who’s excited to learn—and help others. The Field Sales Associate walks customers through Verizon’s device trade-ins, Fios speed tiers, 5G Home Internet eligibility, and bundled savings that surprise them—in a good way.

As a Field Sales Associate your training is basically a crash course in becoming The Answer Person for all things Verizon. We’ll teach you the product lineup inside and out, the secrets of a great consultative chat, and how to keep everything above board. The Field Sales Associate uses this knowledge to guide customers through options with ease.

Core Functions of the Field Sales Associate:

  • Promote Verizon’s wireless plans, 5G devices, home internet, and bundled services with clear, accurate communication to build customer confidence.

  • Guide customers through consultative discussions, recommending service plans, devices, and bundles that best fit their needs and usage patterns.

  • Process activations, upgrades, billing adjustments, and service modifications while ensuring compliance with policies, industry standards, and data privacy requirements.

  • Record customer interactions in CRM systems, maintaining precise account documentation to support follow‑ups and retention efforts.

  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot service concerns, and escalate complex cases to management when necessary to protect satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, refine outreach strategies, and contribute to overall sales and campaign performance goals.

Education & Experience Needed for the Field Sales Associate

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain Verizon’s wireless plans, 5G devices, home internet, and bundled service options.

  • Customer support, retail, or sales experience valued, especially within telecom, subscription‑based services, or technology industries.

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools, with adaptability to thrive in fast‑paced customer engagement environments.
