Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Permanent Field Relationship Manager to join our Accounting + Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will be responsible for managing and enhancing business relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Accounting + Finance industry, with a focus on Registered Investment Advisors (RIA). This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary contact for all client relationship matters, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
2. Develop a deep understanding of the client's business and provide strategic guidance based on industry knowledge and expertise.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and potential issues are addressed proactively.
4. Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to discuss their account, address any issues or concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the client's business.
6. Provide regular reports to senior management on client relationships, including feedback, concerns, and opportunities for growth.
7. Participate in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive business growth and enhance client relationships.
8. Implement and promote the use of CRM systems for effective client relationship management.
9. Provide input into the development of new products and services based on client needs and industry trends.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Accounting + Finance industry, with a focus on Registered Investment Advisors (RIA).
3. Proven track record of managing and enhancing client relationships.
4. Strong understanding of the RIA market, including industry trends, regulatory environment, and key business drivers.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
6. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and navigate complex business situations.
7. Proficient in the use of CRM systems for client relationship management.
8. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
9. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
