Field Project Manager
El Paso Artificial Grass Supply
El Paso, TX
Job Description
Job Title: Field Project Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: El Paso, TX (In-Field)
About Us
El Paso Artificial Grass Supply (EP Turf) is one of El Paso's fastest-growing outdoor transformation companies — nearly 600 five-star Google reviews and counting. We install artificial grass, concrete, pergolas, privacy fences, and full backyard remodels. We're scaling fast and building the team to match.
The Role
We're hiring a Field Project Manager to be the boots-on-the-ground presence across our active job sites. You'll work directly with our Senior PMs, crews, and clients to make sure jobs run on time, on budget, and to our quality standard. This is a full-time, in-field role — not a desk job.
What You'll Do
- Conduct daily site visits, quality walkthroughs, and progress checks across multiple active projects
- Coordinate directly with installation crews and Senior PMs to keep jobs on schedule
- Collect payments and ensure proper job closeout documentation
- Serve as the client's point of contact during the project — communicate professionally and proactively
- Flag issues early so they get resolved before they become problems
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required
- Construction or field operations background — strongly preferred
- Organized, reliable, and accountable — you own your sites
- Comfortable managing multiple jobs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time availability only — this role requires consistent, daily presence
Why Join Us
- Compensation: $18–$22/hr based on experience
- Clear growth path into a Senior PM role as we scale
- Work with a team that actually invests in you — systems, training, and support are in place
- Be part of a company doing 40+ projects/month and growing
- Strong culture — owners are in the field, not just behind a desk
