The Role

We are looking for a reliable, high-energy Field Operations Lead to be the primary "outside person" for our Miami operations. You are the logistical heartbeat of the market. Whether you are planning and delivering bikes for a cycling event, managing VIP deliveries to high-end hotels, or coordinating corporate group tours, you ensure our fleet is where it needs to be and looking its best

Key Responsibilities

• Outside Operations Lead: Act as the primary lead for all field-based activities, including large-scale cycling events, premium group rentals, and individual deliveries.
• Logistics & Transport: Drive vans or non-CDL box trucks to transport fleets of bikes and equipment across the regional market safely and efficiently.
• Event & Group Execution: Lead the setup and breakdown of rental hubs at event sites; manage high-volume bike distributions with a focus on speed and hospitality.
• Brand Representation: Maintain high standards for appearance and culture, providing "white-glove" service to individual renters and corporate partners alike.

Requirements

• Availability: Weekend availability is a must. Early morning starts are common.
• Rental Trucks Driving: Valid and clean driver's license; experience driving large vans or box trucks(uhaul or others).
• Physicality: Ability to work in the sun and lift equipment (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
• Positive Energy: A "can-do" attitude is a must. You should enjoy helping people and solving problems on the fly.
