The Role
We're hiring a Field Equipment Demonstrator to operate ODRA sweepers, run live demonstrations, and train customers across the northern United States. This is a hands-on, field based technical role-no sales experience or selling required.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate ODRA sweepers at customer sites, trade shows, and events for demonstration purposes
- Set up, manage, and execute field demos and walkarounds
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications
- Support the Sales team with pre and post demo follow-ups (no closing responsibilities)
- Provide demo feedback to Product & Sales for continuous improvement
- Assist with equipment delivery/training sessions as needed; maintain demo equipment, trailer, and tools in top condition
- Travel up to 70% across the U.S. and Canada
What You Bring
- 3+ years in equipment operation, sales demonstrations, or technical/industrial customer support
- Comfortable operating heavy equipment (sweepers, loaders, tractors, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Mechanical aptitude preferred; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- The selected person must be based in Minnesota, Utah or Michigan.
