Floral Image North America (FINA) is seeking a motivated Field Customer Service
Representative to join our growing team. This role is for the professional who thrives on
independence and values the impact of face-to-face interaction.

This is not a work-from-home or desk-based role. You will be the face of Floral Image in your
territory, traveling daily to provide our premium, lifelike floral arrangements to businesses that
demand the best.

What You’ll Do

Own Your Territory: Manage your daily route independently, ensuring every client in your
region receives timely, high-quality service and product refreshes.
Build Lasting Partnerships: Act as the primary point of contact for your clients. You are
not just delivering a product; you are maintaining a relationship that keeps their
workspace beautiful.
Cultivate New Opportunities: Identify potential for growth within existing accounts and
actively seek referrals. Your ability to provide exceptional service is our greatest tool for
territory expansion.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Floral Image with a professional, positive, and
polished demeanor every time you walk into a client’s office.

Logistics: High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license with a clean
driving record is mandatory.
