Requirements: <ul><li>BS degree in Construction Management preferred butNO degree required.</li><li>5-30 years' experience as a Field Project Superintendent, Field Project Supervisor, Field Project Foreman.</li><li>Experience supervising union and non-union employees is a plus.</li><li>Industrial site construction experience managing multiple subcontractors.</li><li>Experience supervising field subcontracted construction activities for concrete foundation projects, agricultural/feed mill/grain storage projects, heavy industrial markets, bulk material handling storage facilities.</li><li>Experience inspecting job site concrete foundations, walls, floors, etc.</li><li>Interpret CAD drawings including structural, civil, mechanical, electrical.</li></ul>
