Fiber Sales Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Fiber Sales Representative to join our growing team in Draper, Utah. This is a customer-facing, field-based position where the Fiber Sales Representative will meet directly with residents and local businesses to introduce them to high-speed fiber internet services. As a Fiber Sales Representative, you will help customers understand how fiber connectivity can improve their home and business internet experience. In this role, you will also support customers by providing guidance on internet services, offering hands-on assistance while answering questions about the product.

Responsibilities of a Fiber Sales Representative:

• Promote and sell internet services to residential and small business customers as an in-person Fiber Sales Representative
• Conduct face-to-face outreach in neighborhoods and communities throughout the Draper area
• Educate customers about fiber technology, service plans, and installation options through clear explanations of internet services
• Generate leads through in-person outreach, local events, and community engagement
• Build strong relationships with customers through professional, friendly in-person interactions while recommending the right internet services
• Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals as a successful Fiber Sales Representative
• Stay informed about product offerings and network expansion to confidently present internet services

Qualifications of a Fiber Sales Representative:

• High school Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face in a community setting
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
• Ability to explain technology and service benefits clearly, especially when discussing internet services
• Previous sales, telecom, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally around Draper
