Fiber Representative (Entry Level)

We are seeking a motivated and personable Fiber Representative (Entry-Level) to join our team in Draper, Utah. This is a fully in-person position, where the Fiber Representative (Entry-Level) will meet directly with residential and business customers to promote and explain our fiber internet services. In this role you’ll be the face of our team, building relationships, providing information, and helping customers choose the best fiber solutions. In this role, you will also support customers by answering questions, guiding them through plans, and providing hands-on assistance with fiber services.

Responsibilities as a Fiber Representative (Entry-Level):

• Represent the company in person as a friendly and professional Fiber Representative (Entry-Level), introducing fiber services to residential and business customers
• Build strong relationships, answer questions, and guide customers through plan options while explaining fiber services clearly
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, and track activities in the company system
• Support community outreach, local events, and on-site customer interactions as a Fiber Representative (Entry-Level)
• Meet or exceed sales goals while providing hands-on guidance and recommending the best fiber services
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth processes and a positive customer experience around fiber services

Qualifications of a Fiber Representative (Entry-Level):

• High school Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in person with customers throughout the day
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads and interactions
• Previous sales, telecom, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally in Draper
