- Proven Fiber Optic/ Cable experience (e.g., splicing, installation, troubleshooting)
Willingness to perform both fiber and coax work, as needed. - Must pass a field test with another tech prior to onboarding
- Pass a 5 panel drug screening
- Have valid us work credentials
- Pass background check
- Truck Van or to carry both 28ft ladder and 6ft ladder and all cable equipment safetly.
- Ability to work outdoors and in various environments (attics, rooftops, etc.)
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
We are hiring experienced and inExperienced Fiber Optic Technicians
Position is for 1099 Spectrum Charter not W-2 (None Hourly)
The role involves fiber installation and splicing, and may include some coaxial work.
This position is ideal for techs who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
