As a Fiber Account Associate, you'll start with immersive training that prepares you to represent our cutting-edge internet service. The Fiber Account Associate will connect directly with customers to present service options, manage accounts, and ensure satisfaction.
Core Functions of the Fiber Account Associate
- Serve as the face-to-face point of contact for residents, assisting with Quantum Fiber account setup, service selection, and installation preparation.
- Explain speed, reliability, and service features to households, converting interest into actionable sales opportunities.
- Track and update all customer interactions, account details, and service notes to maintain efficient account operations.
- Identify and suggest account improvements, including plan upgrades, to enhance residential satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the sales team to grow neighborhood adoption of Quantum Fiber services and maximize sales performance.
- Gather feedback during in-person engagements to refine outreach approaches and support long-term account success.
Education & Experience Needed for the Fiber Account Associate
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in account management or sales is a plus.
- Confident in meeting households, explaining Quantum Fiber’s benefits in clear, relatable terms.
- Motivated to grow through training and apply entrepreneurial drive to strengthen sales and customer success.
