Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations within Washington State. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, strategic vision, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This leadership role requires a proactive approach to business development, process improvement, and team supervision to ensure each restaurant operates efficiently and profitably. The District Manager will play a vital role in driving sales growth, maintaining high standards, and fostering a positive work environment across all locations.

Duties

  • Lead and manage multiple restaurant teams, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational goals and enhance overall performance
  • Oversee financial performance, including profit & loss management, budgeting, and cost control measures
  • Supervise restaurant managers and staff, providing coaching, training, and leadership development
  • Drive business development initiatives to increase sales and expand customer base
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure quality service, cleanliness, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across all locations
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to foster team growth
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership on marketing strategies, new initiatives, and operational changes
  • Manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and supply chain logistics

Experience

  • Proven management experience within the QSR industry, preferably at a multi-unit level
  • Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and project management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results
  • Experience managing profit & loss statements and financial metrics
  • Supervising experience with a focus on staff development and performance management
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
