2–4 years of experience in operations coordination, order processing, or administrative operations.
Experience working in textile, apparel, manufacturing, or supply chain environments preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Experience working with ERP systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Order Processing & Management
Enter and maintain customer orders in the company’s ERP system.
Review order details including product specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy.
Track orders throughout the production and fulfillment process.
Monitor order status and communicate updates to internal teams when necessary.
Assist with preparing order documentation including invoices, packing lists, and shipping records.
Sample Coordination
Coordinate incoming sample requests from customers and internal teams.
Work with design and production teams to prepare and track product samples.
Ensure samples are completed and shipped according to requested timelines.
Maintain records of sample requests, shipment tracking, and feedback.
Operational Coordination
Communicate with sourcing, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to support order fulfillment.
Assist in coordinating shipment schedules and delivery timelines.
Follow up on production progress and help address operational issues when they arise.
Help ensure orders are completed and delivered according to schedule.
ERP System & Data Management
Maintain accurate order information in the ERP system.
Update order status, shipment details, and inventory data when required.
Generate operational reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
Ensure consistency between ERP records and internal documentation.
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain organized digital records for orders, samples, and operations.
Prepare operational reports and tracking spreadsheets.
Support operations leadership with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Position Overview
The Order Processing & Operations Coordinator supports the daily operational activities of the company and helps ensure that orders move smoothly from entry through production and shipment.
This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The position will work closely with internal teams including sales, sourcing, production, warehouse, and logistics to help coordinate order fulfillment and maintain accurate operational records.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, is experienced with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, and can effectively coordinate tasks across multiple teams.
