Salary Range: $45000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Work alongside an experienced Farmers Agent
• Develop your personal book of business
• Learn agency operations, sales strategy, and marketing
• Build relationships with clients in your local community
• Master Farmers products including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance
• Grow within Farmers

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• A Life & Health Insurance license is preferred
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred.
