The hiring office is located at 4113 Los Coyotes DiagonalLakewood, CA 90713. We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines sales and customer service, focusing on building strong client relationships and meeting their insurance needs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives under pressure, excels at closing deals, and provides exceptional client support.

Compensation:

• Base salary starting at $36,000 but can increase based on expereince
• Commission and bonus opportunities with potential earnings exceeding $100,000+ annually
• Top performers earned over $50,000 in commission last year

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls to understand needs and offer solutions
• Provide detailed information about insurance products and services
• Guide clients through the insurance application process
• Close sales effectively, meeting or exceeding monthly targets
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues quickly
• Maintain accurate records and client data
• Attend ongoing training and licensing requirements

• 1 of either Property & Casualty or Life & Health Insurance license in California (Both Preferred)
• Insurance Industry Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Spanishrequired
• Active drivers license
• Computer savvy with ability to manage CRM and digital tools
• Must live within a 15-mile radius of the office
• Strong phone communication skills and sales aptitude
