Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

• Follow through on leads, maintain pipeline, and exceed sales goals
• Prospect new business via telephone, networking, referrals, and external sources
• Prepare quotes, present to prospects, and close new policies
• Cultivate relationships with realtors, mortgage lenders, and community partners
• Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and compliance

Our preferred candidates:

• Licensed in P&C & Life & Health, or willing to obtain both within 30 days
• Strong sales skills proven ability to prospect and close
• Excellent communicator via phone, email, and in-person
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, coachable
• Ability to work in both office and field settings
• Will participate in sales trainings and other revenue-driven tasks
