Responsibilities
- Leverage the agencys automated lead system to generate and manage new business opportunities
- Utilize and grow your personal network by identifying lead opportunities and potential sources of referrals within your sphere of influence
- Proactively follow up with inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, and text
- Build relationships with existing client base, conduct coverage reviews, and identify cross-sell opportunities
- Develop customized insurance quotes tailored to client needs
- Deliver professional, persuasive presentations
- Close new business and consistently meet or exceed production goals
- Maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
Requirements
- Property & Casualty license required (assistance available)
- Strong desire to drive towards exceeding sales goals
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, pursue, and close sales leads
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
