Farmers Insurance - Performance and Communications Coordinator

Farmers TexHQ District Office is hiring one senior operator to work at the right hand of the District Manager to keep the agency numbers visible, communication sharp and follow-through strong. This position will strengthen execution, accountability and communications across the Farmers TexHQ District.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Help run daily operations supporting culture reinforcement and office standard adherence
• Drive KPI accountability within the District through key number visibility and reporting follow up
• Leadership rhythm and action-item follow up
• Communications both written and verbal to keep District informed, connected and aligned

Qualifications

• General Lines Property and Casualty Texas license required
• General Lines Life, Accident, Health and HMO TX license to be obtained within 30 days of hire
• Proficiency with various Microsoft products, newsletter compilation and use of AI to refine tools
• Mature, reliable and highly organized manager
• Comfortable holding people accountable
• Culture catalyst with positive attitude and coachable spirit

Compensation & Benefits

• Salaried with opportunity for annual bonus
• Monday through Friday schedule (Monday 8:00 am - 5:30pm) (Tues - Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm)

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods working at a computer, on the phone or in meetings
• Communicate clearly and effectively in person, by phone or through electronic communication
• Operate standard office equipment including computers, phone, printers and video devices
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs on occasion (i.e. files, laptop, supplies, marketing materials)
