Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients to understand their unique insurance needs.
Offer tailored Farmers Insurance policies, explaining coverage clearly and concisely.
Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base.
Process new business applications and manage policy endorsements accurately.
Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
Collaborate with the agency team to achieve collective sales goals.
Requirements
Active Indiana P&C License (Required)
Proven track record in sales, ideally within the insurance sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A self-starter attitude, eager to manage your own client relationships.
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
