Salary Range: $60000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Assist clients with selecting products or services that best meet their needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, promote special offers, and build lasting customer relationships
• Process transactions accurately using cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems while maintaining attention to detail through data entry and typing skills
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales activities, and client feedback using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Support client services by troubleshooting issues, providing technical assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint

• Obtaining a Property & Casualty license
• Multilingual ability with fluency in English plus additional languages is highly desirable
• Proven experience in sales or customer support roles, preferably within a call center or retail environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette combined with analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and effectively
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus; candidates should be comfortable engaging with diverse populations
