Salary Range: $38000.00 - $48000.00 per year

Responsibilities
A successful customer service representative will demonstrate the ability to take on whatever task is in front of them. It may include but is not limited to the following.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Process customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
Take premium payments from customers.
Requirements
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Great Customer Service Skills.
Driven and goal-oriented individual.
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
