Farmers Business Insurance Representative

Farmers Insurance is seeking motivated, entrepreneurial professionals to join our Business Insurance Agent (BIA) Program. This opportunity allows you to build and grow your own book of business while partnering with established Farmers agents who already serve thousands of customers.

Instead of starting from scratch, youll have access to referrals, support, and resources to help you succeed faster while providing commercial insurance solutions to business owners.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with sales, business development, or entrepreneurial experience who want to take control of their income and professional growth.

Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

Work with business owners to provide commercial insurance solutions

Partner with Farmers agency owners to support their clients business insurance needs

Build and manage your own book of business

Develop relationships and identify opportunities across various industries (contractors, restaurants, retail, and more)

Grow your income through new business and partnerships

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
