POSITION: Farm Operator/ Hired Man DUTIES: - Will operate farm equipment and direct laborers to different tasks throughout the day relative to farm's needs. - Will perform other duties pertaining to job position. - Work Environment: Outdoor setting. Position requires employee to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift stoop, bend etc. REQUIREMENTS: - Employer is seeking applicants who have experience operating farm equipment, farming, etc. - Must be able to work long hours in various types of weather conditions. Have own transportation to and from work site. - Applicants must be at least 18 years old as employee will be operating power driven machines. PREFERRED SKILLS: - Farm equipment e.g., tractors, diggers and other types of farm equipment. - Transplanting crops, welding, some electric experience. - General mechanic know-how is preferred, as machinery does require regular maintenance.
