Family Nurse Practitioner Compensation:

• The pay for this position is 70.23 per hour.
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Family Nurse Practitioner Highlights:

• Provide primary and family evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients.
• Handle administrative duties including clinic opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Perform routine examinations and manage patient appointments to ensure positive health outcomes.
• Encourage patient participation in their own healthcare and well-being through services like health screenings and chronic condition management.
• Collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team to drive better outcomes for a panel of patients.

Critical Information

• Weekend-only work schedule;
• Every other weekend (minimum of 8 hours per week). 10am-630pm OR 12pm-830pm
• remote work; in-person and patient-facing role.

Family Nurse Practitioner Requirements:

• Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification a
• State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role required.
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
• Completed accredited DOT certificate training program prior to start date. Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Initiative, problem solving ability, adaptability and flexibility. Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
