Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Location: Columbus, IN

Job Duration: 6+ Months Duration (Possible conversion to Full Time Employee)

Shift: 2-3 Weekdays (10hrs) and every other weekend (7-8hrs)

8.30 am - 7.30 pm (Weekdays) and 9 am - 5.30 pm or 9 am - 4.30 pm (Weekends)

Job Summary:

· The Family Nurse Practitioner delivers defined patient care services in a retail clinic environment.

· You will work in collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals as you independently provide holistic, evidenced based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients ranging in age 18 months and above.

Experience:

·         1+ year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Education:

·         Completion of a Masters Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National

Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role required.
