- $300,000 Salary Guarantee
- $150,000 Annual Retention Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES/FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)
- Ultra Modern 25 bed Critical Access hospital
- Hybrid Model-90% Outpatient/10% Hospitalist
- See 15-20 patients daily in clinic
- Call 1:7 with weekend inpatient rotation
- Procedures NOT required, but can do them if you like
- Dedicated support staff matched to you
- Very efficient, and most administrative burdens eliminated
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)
- Recent Board Eligible or Board Certification
- Outpatient clinic and Inpatient Management
- Quality and Patient Care Focused
- Work well in Teams
