Bon Secours Franklin Family Medicine is seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established, patient-focused practice in beautiful Franklin, Virginia. Youll work alongside a highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner and collaborate with other regional primary care providers in a collegial network that puts patientsand providersfirst.

• Flexible schedule options: Choose 5 eight-hour days or 4 ten-hour days between 7 AM and 5 PM

• Manageable patient load: Up to 20 patients per day across all ages, with a low pediatric panel

• Light call schedule: 1:7 rotation shared equally among group physicians

• Generous time off: Up to 35 days of annual ATO, additional 8 weeks of paid parental leave also available

• Hybrid care model: Mix of in-person visits and telehealth to serve patients where they are

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABFM/ABMS)

• Completion of a U.S.-based Family Medicine Residency

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality, community-based care
