We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive outpatient care across the lifespan. This is a no‑inpatient, no‑prenatal role with a predictable schedule and built‑in administrative time.
Schedule: Full‑time or part‑time options available
Hours: Approximately 40 hours/week (34 patient care + 6 admin)
Setting: 100% outpatient primary care
Call: Optional — not required

Job Details
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the life cycle
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop care plans and coordinate referrals with integrated services and specialists
Utilize on‑site resources (including lab services) to streamline care
Document care accurately and efficiently using a modern EMR
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team in a supportive environment
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
MD or DO degree
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active (or ability to obtain) New Hampshire medical license
Commitment to patient‑centered, community‑focused care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
