DAP Health is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient primary care team at Centro Medico Escondido, located in desirable North San Diego County.

Position Highlights
Competitive base salary up to $312,000
$30,000 sign-on bonus (50% at start, 50% at 6 months)
Malpractice insurance with tail coverage included
100% outpatient primary care
No call
No weekends
Patient volume: 3 patients per hour

About the Practice - Centro Medico Escondido
Centro Medico Escondido is a community-focused primary care clinic serving North San Diego County. Physicians enjoy a collaborative environment with experienced mid-level providers and dedicated support staff, allowing you to focus on what matters mostdelivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Scope of Practice
Physicians will practice the full scope of Family Medicine, including:
Preventive medicine and wellness visits
Chronic disease management
Acute care and same-day visits
Minor office-based procedures
Womens health services
Integrated behavioral health support
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to individuals and families
Perform physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
Manage chronic illnesses and deliver preventive services
Perform minor procedures and routine womens health services
Collaborate with nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and support staff
Participate in quality improvement initiatives (UDS, HEDIS, peer review)
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Support team-based, patient-centered care
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified in Family Medicine (required)
Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
Active DEA registration
Current BLS certification
Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
Demonstrated commitment to health equity and community-based care
