Job Details
We are seeking an associate with at least 3 years of previous family law experience. This candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting Pleadings; Managing Discovery; Arguing Motions
- Preparing for and conducting Depositions
- Client Facing meetings and Communication
- Conducting Mediation and Settlement Negotiations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of family law experience
- Licensed by State Bar of Texas
