Job Details
Our client is seeking a Family Law Attorney who is passionate about advocating for clients and providing thoughtful, strategic legal guidance. This role offers the opportunity to handle meaningful work in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in a variety of family law matters including divorce, custody, and support cases
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements
Conduct legal research to support case strategy and client advisement
Participate in court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored legal solutions
Maintain clear, empathetic communication with clients throughout the legal process
Stay current on developments in family law to ensure accurate and effective counsel
Qualifications:
Licensed attorney with experience in family law
Strong knowledge of family law procedures and litigation practices
Experience representing clients in court, mediation, and negotiations
Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
