You’ll handle a range of family law matters — divorce, custody, support, post‑judgment issues, dependency, and domestic violence — while collaborating with a supportive, high‑performing legal team. You bring your litigation skill and client advocacy — we provide the infrastructure, support, and cases.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Representation & Advocacy

• Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, post‑judgment, dependency, and domestic violence matters
• Conduct hearings, mediations, negotiations, and trials as needed
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients

Strategic Case Development

• Develop tailored legal strategies based on case facts and client goals
• Identify key issues early and prepare action plans
• Provide clear recommendations and guidance

Drafting & Case Preparation

• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and related documents
• Conduct legal research as needed
• Maintain organized, court‑ready case files

Collaboration & Case Management

• Work with paralegals, support staff, and experts
• Participate in virtual case review meetings
• Manage digital workflows and remote communication professionally
• Attend hearings and trials in Tampa and St. Petersburg as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed Florida attorney in good standing
• Experience practicing in the 13th Judicial Circuit (Tampa area)
• Ability to travel to and appear in Tampa and St. Petersburg courts
• Family law experience
• Proven litigation experience (hearings, mediations, trials)
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Highly organized and capable of managing cases remotely
• Empathetic communicator with sound judgment

Preferred

• Prior experience working remotely
• Experience supervising or coordinating with support staff
